great unit manager, decent pay for those just starting, flexible with hours if needed for family situations, promotion opportunities available

Cons

Poor selection in employees- the people they hire are either flakey, have horrible attitudes, and are rude to other employees.

• Competitive wages for crew workers, I.e they won't start you off at 7.25 minimum wage • Relatively easy job • Easy to advance and gain pay raises

Cons

• Unreliable co-workers (I get this is a fast food job, but a job is a job and requires commitment. It was frustrating seeing that lack of commitment so frequently here. Management seems to hire people on too fast which led to this problem at all three locations I worked at) • You will often have to stay longer than your original shift
