Good Pay for Management, Personal Growth, Pushed for High Customer Service Standards, Clean

Cons

Accountability was missing, Kitchens overheat in summer, worked in multiple locations some older store layouts were lacking functionality, few ways provided to help motivate staff, policy and procedure not consistently followed. Culture was trying to be different than it was but not quite reaching expectations.

I made lots of new friends , I love front line cashiering but its just the managers and the restaurant manager who made fun of my weight because I'm not thin and one of the managers sexually harrassed me.

Cons

Drive thru, bathrooms, dining room, sweeping the entire inside and outside of the restaurant, rude customers and ride co-workers and managers.
