Over time the employees seem like family, great if you love socializing with all types of people, and the weekly pay.

Cons

Managers are not good at training unless something starts to go wrong, the pay is very S H I T T Y, some customers are very rude.

A lot expected besides running the store such as every employee must be retrained every year on the station they have already been doing.
