great training tools, able to train easily and get the job done, actually about customer service and not getting that dollar

Cons

new store so everyone is still learning, not having people available to answer the questions that can only be answered by someone with years of experience at one place

Pros

Growing and established company with proven methods. If you can accept the constant schedule changes you probably have a secure future. You will not get bored if you like to stay busy.

Cons

Management is not flexible an will not change methods because most of what they do makes money and works, so they think that everything they do is right. They usually don't have enough product made, afraid of waste, to make their model work at peak performance. Then you look bad because you have not completed orders fast enough.
