No overnights, 2 days off a week usually.

Cons

Can be expected to close to 1am then reopen at 7am. Rude management, company policy only applied to some managers while others do whatever they want.

good pay, free employee meals, good at a steady schedule

Cons

irresponsible, violent managers. I got shoved up against a counter by an employee and slapped. Owner begged me to stay and changed my shift. A few weeks later, manager threw a pan of hot chicken grease at me. I've also gotten food thrown at me by customers and rumors spread about me by employees.
