      Fast paced with inflexible management.

      Pros

      Growing and established company with proven methods. If you can accept the constant schedule changes you probably have a secure future. You will not get bored if you like to stay busy.

      Cons

      Management is not flexible an will not change methods because most of what they do makes money and works, so they think that everything they do is right. They usually don't have enough product made, afraid of waste, to make their model work at peak performance. Then you look bad because you have not completed orders fast enough.

      Pros

      Growing company !! Building and expanding annually. Good Pay and opportunity for good bonuses. Uncomplicated menu. Chicken, Biscuits and Sweet Tea !

      Cons

      Management routinely works 55-60 hour work weeks. Scheduled 10 hour days...but typically work 1-3 hours over that. Staffing is horrible. Unit Managers spend excess time in office trying to complete a Puzzle of paper work and a scheduling system that is utterly Complicated. Late night hours til 11pm and 12 midnight when typical sales are minimal at those times.
