Company has opportunity for advancement. Great culture. Can be a fun job.

Cons

Work 50+ hours/week. Salaried managers are expected to put in a lot of extra time in. No break even for 11 hour shifts. Company expects quite a lot from managers. Very difficult labor matrix to maintain.
