      Pros

      I recently worked with Brittney to land my first legal job. She was a pleasure to interact with and made the process easy. She was pleasant, professional, engaging and always prompt. Next time I am on the market the first thing I'll do will be reach out to her.

      Cons

      I think the computer skills assessment could use improvement, since the technology seems outdated and it was difficult to use. However, this didn't have a negative impact on my experience or speed of placement.

      Pros

      Everyone at B:W I've worked with is great. Very smart and on the ball. They have very high standards, but if you meet them, they'll take good care of you.

      Cons

      If you don't meet their standards, they won't explicitly tell you, they'll just stop offering you jobs. Also sometimes I think it's possible for your name to just slip through the cracks.

      Pros

      Boly:Welch is a phenomenal place to work. Super supportive coworkers and management team. Lots of opportunities to develop. People really love what they do and are experts in their areas. There are a ton of office perks and good times.

      Cons

      I can usually think of something on the other side of coin, but Boly:Welch is the best place I've ever worked. I've had a couple other opportunities come up and wouldn't even seriously consider them because there is such a good thing going on in the Boly:Welch office.
