B:W is an employer like none other. After interviewing for a number of new opportunities that just weren't right, I found my spot at Boly:Welch and haven't regretted a moment. Fit was most important to me, not only in my responsibilities but also within the office environment. B:W has evolved beautifully with the times, understanding that work and life are heavily intertwined with neither sticking to a set schedule. They encourage flow and flexibility, allowing for working from home and adjusted schedules. Management is linear, instead of the more common office hierarchies, making for open communication between all levesl, from the most senior staffers to the newest newbies. It is an absolute joy to work here, and it shows in the work accomplished by each one of us happy campers. Since joining the team, everyone I've met outside the office who has worked with B:W - both clients and candidates - is positive and complimentary about their experience, which makes me so proud. And really, thirty years in business says it all...
