Great atmosphere, fun parties, lots of perks. Really focused on client companies and getting the right people to fit with the right clients.

Cons

Technology isn't the latest but it's improving.

Pros

They are fast and dependable with their temporary assignments. They offer various assignments whether they are a couple of hours or a few months. Very satisfied wity their services.

Cons

Sometimes i could be out of work for months. And just waiting is not cool. Needs improvement on this part.

Pros

I've never worked at a company that emphasizes employee satisfaction like Boly:Welch. From little events like Friday happy hours to big company parties, it is easy to come into work at Boly:Welch. They also treat employees like adults. I am free to prioritize my schedule without micro-management from supervisors. The best thing about working here is that there's opportunity to grow in the organization. In 3 years I've had several different positions and I can see myself continuing to grow here.

Cons

There isn't really much at Boly:Welch that is a unique con compared to 'working for someone else' in general. If you have to work to pay the bills, you can't get a better environment than here.
