      Pros

      Gwen was so kind and supportive throughout the entire interview/placement process (which was quick!). She asked me about my goals and interests, helped showcase my skills, and ultimately helped me secure a position with a company that will not only enrich my career, but one where I hope to stay until retirement! I could not have asked for a more wonderful experience.

      Cons

      No cons - my experience working with Boly:Welch was all great

      Pros

      People are generally great and most enjoy their work. Work/life balance is encouraged and benefits package is good.

      Cons

      Attitude of “start doing the job you want and eventually you could be promoted to that job” - sounds great in theory but really means that you’re expected to take on more work than you’re paid for if you want to advance within the company or move laterally between departments. Also, they try with DEI and have good intentions as a whole but when I was there the culture and staff were pretty homogenous.

      Pros

      Best in the business when it comes to employee well being, work/ life balance, and ample growth opportunity. Although it’s a flat organization, as many boutique staffing firms are, you have the ability to mold and shape your career there. You can challenge yourself and apply your skills at all levels of the company. They care about you as a person, and they care about your happiness. You are not just as worthy because of your sales, you are worthy because you’re you. Very cool! Everyone is so wonderful.

      Cons

      They do require in office work, with a hybrid model. This works well for me, but could be considered a con to other people.
