Pros

Great learning and growth opportunity for a first job out of university. As a program analyst, I had the chance to collaborate with multiple team (engineering, production, and customer account management) gaining exposure to various aspects of the business.

Cons

A lean team with a high project load, making it challenging at times to delegate tasks and balance priorities effectively.

Pros

The people were the best part about the job, lots of very talented, hard working people that achieved great things there. Good opportunity to experience lots of different fields of the Aerospace industry, diverse mix of structures and systems applications, perfect for anyone new to aircraft manufacture.

Cons

I joined the company during one of the worst periods of it's history, during the program selloffs. This has probably tainted my view of things but I found that everything was being cut, particularly personal/career development opportunities. I found management couldn't take decisions, and at the time, the company really lacked a leader with a vision for the future and what the company could become after focusing on business aviation.
