Exciting new aviation developments. Great training ground to move on to better companies.

Cons

Hartford facility has a long reputation for having extremely poor upper management. The company expects full loyalty from the employee but does not offer the same in return.

-Management does not place a high value on human capital and is willing to part with talented and knowledgeable employees when there there is a reduction in force or when employees are unhappy.

Nepotism at its best. . Advances based on clique. Your hard work and loyalty means nothing here. Your raises based on who you know.sad,a lot of good people getting passed by.
