Pros

- Got paid decent as an entry level methods analyst straight out of school.

Cons

- Wasn't given a lot of work because I was low on the ladder as per the union handbook. Would literally have lots of days with no work, and when I would talk to my lead about it, I was told to be happy about it as I am getting paid to do nothing. - Not good for younger employees morale the way they were treated bottom in terms of work delegation - Sexist workforce environment. Very few female employees so no gender diversity, and very common to hear snide comments about women all the time. These comments would be made in team meetings and everyone would just laugh as if it were funny.
