Work Schedule is good with 4 days off one week, and 3 days off the next, Benefits.

Cons

Pay is terrible, no pay scale, terrible interview and hiring process, people are hired regularly that should not be working on aircraft. HR department is terrible to deal with when issues arise with pay and benefits, Upper management is absolutely terrible, arrogant to deal with, and unorganized. This business is ran utilizing fear tactics such as "Fix it or else", shortcuts are taken on a regular basis to meet schedules, however when directed by management to shortcut, when an incident occurs, they will lie and back stab, and sit on the opposite side of the table that you are on. Terrible turnover rate.

Great product line and market but now in decline. Many great employees and first line managers who are helpful and really care.

Cons

Those making the policy decisions apparently neither understand the business nor the importance of developing and maintaining staff and expertise. Shortsighted decisions coming from management's lack of experience and vision are negatively impacting the image of the company in the eyes of employees, customers, and suppliers alike. Difficult to imagine value to employee beyond gaining experience and seeking a growing and viable employer at the next move. Vindictive and blaming culture. Not an up-beat place to work.
