- As the title suggests, there is a movie series going on in this company similar to Game Of Thrones although some characters are missing and story is a bit twisted. I will give you some facts based on my observation.. Enjoy!!!
- The leads want to become managers or senior leads, the managers are running after the throne of Head of APAC. Maybe the Heads are running after the throne of President. No one gives a damn about the common employees living under this throne. And this behavior ultimately makes them to follow the same path.
- Let me start with the cast "Ned Stark", the company had one person like Ned who started TCMS business in India but now he is thrown out of the company.
- Then came the time of Lannisters. A group of three I must say. They took over the entire empire in India. One of them is like "Joffrey". The Lannisters would do anything for him. The entire empire has been built for him. No matter if he is dumb or an idiot. He is the lannister after all. Somehow onsites are arranged for this guy. He has worked in a lot of projects but as the downfall of the projects started, he was successfully pulled out of those projects so that it does not impact his career. He is the only person who will get an onsite only to deliver a "pen drive" of project as if the whole file hosting system built with latest technology is useless and a dumb idea to share files. Simple amazing.
- There is a manager who is like "LittleFinger". Simply a "TURNCOAT"and a great drunk. Once he starts talking it is almost impossible to stop him. A completely non-technical person who knows nothing apart from talking.
- The "HR" is like Varys. Such a selfish person. All his idea is to grow himself in this organization and keep himself close to the one sitting on the throne and does not give a damn about employees issues or problems.
- One of the Lannisters is an "EXCELLENCE" person. He would do anything for so called "Joffrey". These Lannister guys are safe only because of so called "Tywin". Once his hands are off their head, they do not even have the power to stand on their feet.
- There are some senior people who are like "Theon". Yes I am right. They can see the right and wrong, right in front of them but do not have the balls to raise their voice against them.
- There is a love story as well. Daenerys would do anything to get the throne of platform and Jon Snow will make sure that her dream come true someday. He calls himself very professional but is ready to give someone else's opportunity to her just because he loves her. Love is truely in the air. Stop calling yourself a professional if you don't know how to maintain personal and professional life.
- The current HEAD is like "Cersie". I know that nothing is related to Lannisters but I could not get another cast for him as it fits him well. He used several employees to reach that position in just two years (from a simple manager to a HEAD) and would anything to maintain it for sure. He knows very well on how to use someone and get the maximum out of him/her. IIM guy I must say.
