Pros
You'll always be employed! The standard employee is a decent person just looking to get by. You can count on an annual increase, though it will likely only cover the increase in insurance, if that.
Cons
It's a company that doesn't even care to hear your concerns, much less address them, has poor employee relations, and no real interest in improving them. A place that where they tout being "people minded" and all they mean by it is they do what they can to follow labour laws.
