Result oriented company. Lot of opportunities to prove yourself. Really good place for a fresher to gain a lot of experience.

Cons

long working and location is quite remote. Apart from this i have not come across any other cons.

Hard work and lots of hours if you like that sort of thing there is always room for improvement and you will learn a lot about different machines how everything operates if you are willing.
