Culture, product is diverse and very custom, engineering group is very approachable and seems to truly try to help - most of the sales team also are great guys

Cons

Poor upper management structure, even worse Human Resources dept. do not bother to read your terms of employment they are falsities, no procedures are adhered to, no chance to improve
