Pros

Supportive boss and kind coworkers. Very flexible when time off is needed. Everyone works together to run each sale. Opportunity to become a department sale coordinator after one year.

Cons

Extremely difficult to survive in Los Angeles with what they pay you. Mind-numbing work. Very repetitive and uninteresting. Some extremely entitled and rude clients. A lot of the work is simply telling people the same thing over and over again until they finally understand.

Pros

Everyone’s nice Okay office space

Cons

Pay is horrible especially for cost of living, they’re paying part time sales coordinators the same as full time.
