Overall, one of the best federal government agencies to work for. Engaging work, great people, more flexibility and extra benefits than other fed agencies. Lots of detail and/or promotional opportunities.

Cons

Typical government bureaucracy stuff that's common everywhere. Some struggles with leadership maturity, consistency and turnover, but varies a lot between groups.
