Pros

Great Healthcare, Excellent 401k type retirement plan, Direct Community Impact, Community involvement and outreach opportunities, good training and growth opportunities.

Cons

Low pay scale. The complexities of ethics regulations and working with contractors, mandatory contractor/employee ratios can make for difficult and awkward scenarios.

Pros

-Generally laid back place -dedicated workers -innovative and industry leaders in certain areas -Some pretty nice perks for government job, including cafe on site, daycare, fitness center.

Cons

Not been my favorite place to work (certainly not the worst either). Very cliquish with a definate "in-crowd" feeling. Seems locked in its ways. Absolutely no bonus structure. Working hard may (or may not) get you a "good job" or an occasional paper award, but no $$. You work for your salary and that's it.
