Pros

Great campus, good compensation, diversity & inclusion,

Cons

Lack of Strategic Vision: Executive leadership frequently abandons long-term planning to chase the latest industry trends, creating whiplash and competing priorities across the organization. Zero Accountability: Leadership failures go unaddressed, while the resulting operational friction falls on the wider team. Bureaucratic Bottlenecks: Post-restructuring, the culture has become incredibly slow. Even minor decisions require senior-level approval, stalling progress due to leadership's limited availability. Unsupported Middle Management: Managers are caught in the middle without the tools or authority necessary to navigate the severe disconnect between senior management and individual contributors.

Pros

- The company fosters a horizontal culture that emphasizes mutual respect and diversity. - There is a good balance between remote and in-office work, and annual leave is generally easy to use. - Overall, it is an environment where you can work without excessive stress regarding interpersonal relationships.

Cons

- Even as you gain tenure, it often feels like compensation remains stagnant. - There is a clear limitation to career growth, and there is a significant gap in promotion and job transfer opportunities between the headquarters and the local office.
