Pros

I love that it's a very open door policy, always improving, always innovating, there's always something new. People are very friendly and outgoing. I love that i get to travel a lot and see new places. There's opportunity to grow and it's encouraged. Environment is informal and relaxed.

Cons

Travelling so much can be difficult at time because I miss my boyfriend, family and events.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to start in the Labour Market and to change to different departments

Cons

Bonus Scheme not Transparent at all. 1 hour Break + a 7.5 hours journey. However, you can have 45 minutes break on the first 2 hours and the 6 hours taking call after call with a 15 minute break is not sane.
