      Pros

      CEO left, new one can’t be any worse. Most of the people on the ground were good people. Decent integration platform.

      Cons

      Treat staff as numbers, a cost on a spreadsheet. Senior management don’t have a clue, no proper form of communication or any transparency. No real strategy or direction, now incredibly under resourced due to all the ‘secret’ and ‘quiet’ layoffs. No culture, no trust in senior management, morale is on the floor with everyone constantly looking over their shoulders. This company has gone downhill and it’s only going to get worse.

      Pros

      I left right after the merger, so this review is primarily associated while working under Dell. As a whole, a decent company.

      Cons

      My team was pretty disorganized. The manager of my team had know business managing the specific subset of software engineering that we were engaging in. Also, I'm pretty sure the PM of this team had some issues mentally, as he had a hard time understanding pretty much anything.
