      Great employees, Terrible execs

      Pros

      The people who do real work are super awesome. Everyone helps everyone and there are very few game of thrones type things at the Sr Manager level and below

      Cons

      The C suite is killing all the culture and positivity. Everything is about dollars with absolutely no care of employee moral. all they do is send a few emails saying they care, but there is never any action to prove that or change things.

      There were some great people here.

      Cons

      The ELT are out of touch, they don't take the time to get to know their employees. They see them as numbers. There have been two rounds of layoffs, all great people who were let go. The layoffs were done randomly. They only care about their IPO at the cost of the company culture.

      Product and solution are still strong.

      Cons

      CEO, CRO & CFO have taken a vibrant and healthy culture and destroyed it in less than a year. CEO decided to hire over 1000 people in a year. Which was done without a clear strategy or understanding of the company. Allowed a CRO whose experience selling transactional services led to failed sales strategies and hires. When layoffs did finally occur as instructed by the board there was very little thought put into who would be let go. I am sure there are more RIFs to follow.
