Cons

* If you come from a company with a great culture, you'll find that the culture isn't something to write home about. The leaders in the Bangalore office are great, though. * No stock compensation.

No pros in joining the company now or in be part of it.

Cons

Boomi is unreliable for its employees. Unannounced layoffs on a daily basis. The funds the company encouraged its employees to invest to support its possible IPO are not meant to be refunded to employees (even if leaving the company). Worst working experience ever.
