Pros

Boomi benefits are still very good.

Cons

Culture has changed massively and become less friendly. Since Dell sold Boomi its lost a lot of its appeal for the remaining people and much more profit focussed over quality.

Pros

Great benefits as part of Dell Tech, flexible work arrangements and they provide help in setting up home office. Some great people to work with who are supportive and invested in the company. Great platform.

Cons

There was never a clear direction or vision from senior leadership. Focus was always on selling and expanding without a clear strategy or extensive market research. Over time as senior leadership changed, the place became a bit toxic and it was not easy to get recognition if you were not seen as an ally of the senior leadership. Those with power did what they wanted and patted each other on the backs while the hard working people were told to stay in their box and overlooked for opportunities. You never knew who you could trust anymore as people went into survival mode. It became all about building entourages and managing up. Very disappointing to see how the place went downhill.
