A lot of companies talk about culture, at Boomi it is obvious from day one that it is more than just talk. Lots of work to do, and high standards, but the company treats its people right. I have worked at Boomi for many years and love the sense of community with the people that I work with. You can be your authentic self at the company and there are a ton of opportunities with ERGs to get involved in things that really matter to you. I work remotely even though I am pretty close to the often and enjoy the freedom of being able to work how I please, but still have access to an office space and gathering with others when is needed.
