      - Carve-out from Dell has created a lot of transition challenges - Lots to build in a short period of time; there is risk of burnout

      Pros

      I love the Team ethics, partnership, collaboration. Boomi cares about work as well as human balance(if that makes sense). As we expand there are new and exciting experiences. I can figure out better words you get the idea.

      Cons

      Going through the carve out from Dell was uncomfortable and challenging. However, Boomi communicated effectively and made every effort to make the transition as seamless as possible.
