Pros

It’s a product that people will pay for.

Cons

- it’s a good old boy culture rife with discrimination and spin to keep it that way. I’ve heard anti lgbt, racial remarks, and sexual assault acquisitions and anyone who brings them up or has been discriminated against has been completely buried - everyone hired is a personal friend and connected, if you somehow get in regardless, you’re not going to be on a pathway to promotion - 5-10% of people are hitting quota - long hiring freeze for missing quota - had my loyalty questioned for mentioning discrimination - no open door policy

Pros

The Dell Boomi platform is 2nd to none. It does what is says it can do better than the competition. The ability to work remote.

Cons

The leadership team from Directors to the C-Suite are not experienced. The decisions they make are shortsighted and based on hope and not on data. They do not have a strategic plan. They make up for the absence of a plan by hiring more people and giving vague motivational speeches once a quarter. The morale is crumbling and teams are in chaos.
