Uhh, I would say the pay, except they will increase your quota by 300% and move you into a high stress position with a ridiculous amount of responsibilities without increasing pay or title.

Let me just give the bullet point; Bullying Being lied to by leadership No upward mobility - they will hire from outside Rolling layoff & massive hire sprees One sided accountability Micromanaging MEETINGS. MEETINGS. MEETINGS. Expected to work outside work hours Inappropriate/predatory relationships (from leadership) Inappropriate touching, conversations, implications, promises of promotions, moves, and raises Favoritism - you will lose money for no reason Favoritism - you will lose credit for no reason No communication between departments Leadership has unchecked power and ability to make decisions and press issues with no oversight Sexism, racism & anti LGBTQ+ practices - you will likely be paid less and have less preferential treatment if you aren't a white straight male Co-workers make inappropriate advances - I've been asked if my partner and I will swing I can continue, which is horrifying. But I won't. If I could give negative stars, I would.
