Pros
I have held many positions over my 25 years in software but I have never felt more a part of something than I do at Boomi. The culture, the people, the technology, it is truly special.
Cons
We are growing very fast and when that happens the culture and some of the norms change. I would argue they are required to change to get to the next level. This change, this evolution, comes with a cost in what most refer to as growing pains, and we are seeing that play out in real-time.
