      Pros

      Recently, company changes have been very positive. The current CEO, Steve Lucas, has done a great job bringing back some of the company's culture. The tech stack is very modernized and has a heavy focus on security. All in all, it's a great place to work and grow.

      New initiatives can sometimes be introduced too quickly which can disrupt workflow.
