Pros

Some good people, but very few left now.

Cons

Constant lay offs. Racism, even by execs. Getting rid of quality people to fill up the seats in Vancouver office with unexperienced people. VP only cares about that office. No respect for anyone performing here. Most of the top performers and great sales leaders left or got laid off. Very bad culture. Worse ELT!

Pros

Still some good people left although they are being fired on a weekly basis

Cons

COO, who makes most of the decisions, bases them on data irregardless of people and the incompetent decisions made by his recent mgmt. hires. He spends no time meeting or soliciting feedback from employees and it's obvious he could care less. Sales mgmt. has been completely replaced with low level failed sales leaders from Mulesoft. Together they've created a culture of fear and mistrust. They are poster childs for failed leadership. If you are thinking about working at Boomi don't. Run, don't walk, away!!!!!!
