- Executive leadership (CRO) needs to go. Destroyed the culture and doesn't have a full grasp on sales org. - Marketing is non-existent

Great culture, people, pay is good. Benefits have gotten better in some ways, worse than others over the years. Fully WFH, can optionally work in office, currently no talk of going in-office full time.
