      Pros

      Boomi has a great culture, is investing in people and expanding the organization, and has made significant investments in enablement. They are very focused on providing people and resources to help sellers and new employees understand their role and the organization; resulting in increased productivity/profitability. The people who work here play for each other and I have met some of the most brilliant, caring, and hilarious people of my life in this company.

      Cons

      Sometimes with growth comes chaos. There are pain points to working in an organization that is expanding the way we are, but the pro's of working for this organization far outweigh the cons.

      Boomi encourages employees to work hard while also prioritizing their own personal wellness and work life balance. The company is full of incredibly smart and welcoming people, cutting edge technology, and an exciting future. A lot of companies talk about culture, at Boomi it is obvious from day one that it is more than just talk. Lots of work to do, and high standards, but the company treats its people right. Cant wait to see where Boomi goes from here!
