      We have the most incredible group of individuals I have ever had the privilege to work with! Not only does everyone work as one collective team, all are also eager to assist in whatever capacity to not only grow the company, but to also foster each individual's own career path.

      Pros

      Boomi has a great service to access data immediately from everywhere, that people keep buying more of - Gartner Magic Quadrant leader for 8 years - but the best thing of all is that the people here care about the business and each other. Often it's like a small town filled with smart people, where it's our town and we try to make it what we believe is the best anywhere.

      Cons

      There's a lot to do, and we are growing and changing, so people need to be comfortable with roles evolving, and thinking about helping build process. It's not like a company where everything has been unchanging for five years (we did a huge separation from Dell!), 9 - 5 hours, with a cookbook for every role. That's awesome for some people and stressful for others.
