Everyone is friendly, it feels like small town community

Cons

The pay is not great, every single employee should be held to the blackout holidays, including admin and upper management.

Pros

The coworkers were great, everyone got along really well, and going to work was actually kind of fun because of the people.

Cons

The people really were the high point... the pay is some of the lowest in the industry, equipment is temperamental at best, and be prepared to be really warm in the summer and really cold in the winter.
