      Pros

      Family feel with a lot of opportunity. When I was hired I was told there would be flexibility and support for work/life balance. If you have a sick child, you're encouraged to work from home. Pay is competitive and the team really does become family. Inside and outside sales work as a team, not just support.

      Cons

      Its a rapidly growing company, and the growing pains are there. Some organization issues, but ideas for improvement are welcome.

      Pros

      The hiring process was different than most with HR not as much involved and more executive team running the interview process. Great executive team from Direct VP to Senior Leadership at President level. Great sales teamworking environment with low micromanagement. Competitive salary and fair benefits with high deductible plan, 401k, Life/Disability, dental and vision options.

      Cons

      Not enough guidance on the time to meet territory budget.
