Pros
They have a good benefits package. I am a single male and paid nothing for my basic medical each month. There is an annual bonus that is pretty generous until it is taxed.
Cons
Management doesn't care about the employees. It is very difficult to get raises so you need to get in the company at a good rate because you will most likely not be given a raise for a couple years. This goes for all positions not just Fabrication Techs.
