Pros
The company offers a chance to work for an international company (the company is Dutch owned and has customers throughout North America) while still working in a small-ish company. Management is very accessible as is most of the staff. Management caters quarterly lunchs for staff.
Cons
Company has grown fast the last few years. This growth may be hard to continue. They are outgrowing their building and need to renovate to accommodate new staff. The factory gets very hot in the summertime.
