Pros

Both jobs I held were very easy to learn and become proficient at, and there was lots of opportunity for upward mobility in the company. Schedule was generally flexible as a sales associate, less flexible as a key holder. Mostly enjoyed my jobs there!

Cons

Enjoyment of the job was usually dependent upon the group of people working and the attitude of the manager on duty. Pay wasn't sufficiently increased for promotion to key holder. Sometimes it was scary leaving a shift at night if it was only young females working that shift.

Pros

It was a decently easy job. The hours weren’t too bad and if you like country stuff, you’ll love the merchandise and smelling like leather every time you leave the store.

Cons

The management where i worked was definitely the sore spot. There were definitely favorites among the manager at the time and they seemed a little prideful.

Pros

Fun work, great people to work with and you meet some awesome people! Make “spiffs” or commission that adds to your paycheck.

Cons

Will work you to death. So many expectations and not much coaching.
