Pros

40 hours a week good employee discount in store and online.

Cons

The pay is horrible store managers are underpaid for what is expected of them and Boot Barn underpays every position. Sales partners can make more in fast food. But management positions are so UNDERPAID.

--good discounts --reasonable work hrs --above industry pay

Cons

==unreasonable goals(too many staff competing for customer dollars) --didn't hand down tasks originally presented in job description --did not pay large amount of commission due upon separation from company
