      Love the culture but discouraged by lack of promotions in tech

      The people. I could not ask for better colleagues. Flexible work arrangements, especially since COVID.

      Cons

      Technical employees can work long hours and produce excellent deliverables but are not rewarded for their work. Project managers and business oriented employees get promoted. Yearly raises are nominal and are not keeping up with markget
