      Pros

      Every individual I've worked with has been professional and pleasant to work with. The work is interesting and challenging, the pay is good, and there is a lot of effort internally to retain employees when projects end. Remote work has been flexible and management transparent with all expectations.

      Cons

      Projects tend to be 1-3 years at a time which can be stressful until you build a good internal network.

      Lots of people, great for networking, good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Every employees experience is different. I didn't have the best time but I've seen others thrive here. Its contracting so that's the nature of it. If you cant find a billable project in some floating amount of time they will separate.

      Pros

      - Lots of support internally at the firm, I have a career manager who provides feedback and career support and a job leader who handles all project-related things and does checkins biweekly - Secure position (no lay offs over covid or since Ive started) - clear path upwards - start with $5,250 per year for educational reimbursement and goes up after 2 years to $7,500 - good benefits and discounts on tons of stuff - no one expects you to work overtime/nights

      Cons

      - starting PTO could be better (start with only 15 days and its accrued) - sick days are rolled into PTO so no real sick days to speak of. - beuracracy working for the government so clients can be change-averse - promotions can take some time to make it up the chain.
