Company executives do not live up to the values they promote; prior to Trump administration, they used to support PRIDE celebrations, DEI and other diversity programs, but all that changed. CEO is MAGA. Minority employees fear speaking up for themselves.

Cons

It can be sometimes be difficult to find documentation/resources to access benefits that the company provides. Slower work that can constantly change direction; typical of government contracts. Lower pay compared to other areas in the industry.
