Beware of BAH

Pros

Flexible in work hours. Great learning software.

Cons

Management is very dishonest. Watch out before you accept a position. If you accept a position and that contract you are on doesnt get renewal then they place you on the bench where you have certain time limit to fibd a gig. Yes you have find your own work within the company. Beware of the senior level leaders. Its all about themselves getting promoted than to help a co worker save their job. I just advise you to research BAH and the contract before you take a job with them. I wasted 2 years of my life and a ton of stress working in this unethical company

Pros

Many roles follow a predictable 40-hour week. Not a 24/7 grind culture like some consultancies or product companies.

Cons

Let a lot under DOGE without informing any of the employees. Just remember, the company doesn't care about you at all. To put it into perspective, they let at least 2394 people go without notice.

Pros

• Great technical team and immediate leadership • Purposeful, challenging projects • Good mission alignment

Cons

I was proud to contribute to impactful federal work and collaborate with a strong, highly professional technical team. My performance was consistently praised and there were no formal concerns raised during my time. The challenges began when the company enforced a client-facing requirement, despite having previously allowed flexibility for family circumstances. I was repeatedly pressured to resign. I was told the separation would be due to "failure to meet contractual terms," but at times there were contradictory and inappropriate suggestions, including performance-related language — even though my record and evaluations remained strong. No severance or support was offered, and the tone from certain individuals in leadership became uncomfortable, including personal comments that crossed professional lines. It became clear that the "client requirement" may have been used as a pretext for pushing me out (as they are doing with other co-workers), without formally initiating a layoff.
