      Pros

      Steady work. Once you're on board you could stay for life...they never lay-off.

      Cons

      If you care about what you do, or don't want to work on projects that will never see the light of day, or be rewritten 10 times, this is a place for you. They only care about one thing here; spending all the budget they have that quarter so they can ask the government for more money. They don't care about results as they do continuation of contracts.
