If networking is your strong suit then this might be a pro, but some of the networking sessions had me feeling like a LinkedIn AI bot spouting buzzwords to seem impressive. * You're most likely going to end up on a project within the division/team you're hired on. There isn't a straightforward way to search what projects are out there, you mostly have to hear about them through your network

A company that lays off employees by the thousands and also donates money to Trump's vality Ballroom is not a company that values its employees A company that embraced DEI when DEI was popular and profitable but then drops it as soon as it isn't popular or profitable (including pulling their donations to causes that have fallen out of vogue) does not demonstrate "ferocious integrity" A company that watches tens of thousands of federal worker colleagues get fired and says to employees faces that "this is an exciting time" is not a company that values anything. This company doesn't value people and we are all disposable. If you work here, have a backup in mind.
